To strain your lower back whilst putting on crampons for a days snow climbing in the winter wonderland of Nethermost Cove in the Lake District proved a severe set back to preparations for a looked forward to trip to Nepal and the Everest region. By the time I got home from the Lakes, my back had locked out and I was in considerable pain.  This was further aggravated the following day during a long day in Liverpool and an icebound M62 bottleneck. Help was needed to get me mobile again.  A call to Guardian Angel Fitness was made to see if they could assist.  Villy suggested 3 sessions of remedial massage.  With an immediate improvement after the 1st visit, allowing me to again “walk tall” and even cycle to the second appointment for further improvement to allow my running club’s sessions to re-commence and even to a 25mile long distance walking even over Blubber houses Moor! The 3rd hour of massage was sorely needed as a general tonic as I had regained full movement and could exercise at will again. The next job is to pack my bags and get off to Nepal. Thank-you Villy, you worked wonders for me.
